When you know who you are, you see your colleagues as teammates. When you don’t know who you are you see your coworkers as threats, and instead of sharing information you withhold it. Or, you avoid the person. Whenever someone needs help, you react instead of respond. As you begin the work week, reflect on this question, “do I know who I am?”
