Listen to your favorite music, read your preferred text, savor your best coffee, or sip slowly on your favorite tea leaf from China. If you are a manager, think about the way your staff feels on a Monday. Help to make it easier for them. Don’t criticize. Do what Charles Schwab said, “Be hearty in your approbation and be lavish in your praise.”
