Sometimes you don’t feel like getting out of bed on Monday. That goes without saying after having fun all weekend. You wish you could rest longer, but in most cases, the bed will not keep the lights on. That is true but remember what Dr Mike Murdock says, “Rest is just as important as work.” Most leaders are aware of that, and I’ve seen offices with at least one bed that encourage staff to rest when they are tired. As you work today, you might have a hard time keeping up your energy. If that’s you here are four tips to try: 1. Stretch every thirty minutes 2. Walk into the office 3. Take your supplements 4. Talk with your colleague
