Accuracy unlocks expertise. It’s the fastest way to impress your manager. Don’t confuse movements with productivity. Many people appear to be productive but they are not accurate. For example, the new mailman in my community runs as he makes his rounds but many times I have to chase him down to return the wrong mail. When I don’t catch him, I deliver them. if you are not precise, you are making yourself vulnerable. Vulnerability will cause someone else to do your work. Labor to be on point…in your work, presentation, and delivering your message. It’s better to take four hours to accomplish one task right than taking eight to correct mistakes.
