RECALIBRATE THE MIND WITH MEDITATION

Meditate. After getting through the daily hustle and bustle, it is important to step away from the noise for at least fifteen minutes. Find somewhere quiet to free your mind. In this place, I call it the secret place; rid yourself of all electronic devices. Somebody said this about meditation, “The quieter you become the more you can hear.” The Carpenter who walked the planes of Galilee understood that early, and that’s why he used the quiet place as a bridge to get to the next day.
